One eSIM for the whole trip?
Whether a single plan covers a multi-country trip has almost nothing to do with geography and everything to do with roaming zones. The awkward one. Greece is in the EU and Turkey is not, so plans built for one routinely fail in the other.

The rule worth remembering
Regional names are marketing, coverage lists are contracts. A plan called “Europe” tells you nothing reliable. Turkey, Albania, Bosnia, Montenegro and Serbia all sit outside the EU, and plans built around EU roaming routinely exclude them while still using the word Europe.
Two plans is a legitimate answer. Where one country in a pair sits outside the regional bloc, buying separately is often cheaper than a bundle stretched to include it. We price both on every page here.
Check before you cross, not after. Discovering the gap at a land border is the common failure, and it is the one moment you cannot fix it online.
